Healthy Holiday Survival – Mini Nutrition Consults

November 12  – December 20, 2019

Discover easy and practical ways to eat healthy, listen to your body, and make guilt-free decisions so that you can feel confident, in control, and survive the holiday season without giving up wine and carbs.

Discover the freedom of real life healthy living this holiday season

Buddy the Elf and Mariah Carey may bring seasonal joy into your life, but let’s face it:  The holidays can also be a pretty difficult time.  Shopping, worrying about post-Christmas debt, hosting.

And if that isn’t enough, bring in the body image and food related stressors!  Frustratingly trying on dresses, feeling disappointed, and all the food shame, endless guilt, losing control and feeling “stuffed” at buffets, work parties, dinners and pot lucks…

It’s no wonder we feel the need to “start over” with New Years Resolutions.

But what if you could skip that whole mess… you know, actually enjoy the holidays, feeling confident and in control, without counting calories, or restricting yourself.  Imagine if you could eat healthy, prepare delicious and uncomplicated nutrient-dense meals in minutes AND savour your favourite Christmas cookies while sipping your gingerbread latte…without the guilt.

What if you could actually trust yourself around a charcuterie board and have faith that you won’t eat the entire thing (but if you didn’t, I wouldn’t judge)

Imagine if you could eat healthy over the holidays, in a way that feels easy and natural.  So natural, infact, that while everyone is struggling to jumpstart their New Years Resolutions, you feel zero pressure to put yourself through another overly restrictive plan (that, let’s face it, will only end in lethargy and a carb binge soon after ).  Instead, you’ll feel relaxed and confident about your food choices and decisions in the New Year.

Do I have to follow a meal plan?

Following a meal plan over the holidays can be difficult due to events, shopping, parties, and last minute plans, and will most likely only lead to frustration and stress.  This is the time of the year when you want to give yourself the most freedom possible to avoid burning out.

Instead of a restrictive meal plan, you’ll be given personalized and easy-to-follow advice and tips with a focus on shifting mindset around food

Do I need to avoid any foods?

Nope!  There are no rules or food restrictions.  The goal is to discover easier and more practical ways to eat healthy, listen to your body, and reduce food shame and guilt over the holidays, so that you feel confident and in control without unecessary restrictions.
