Fertility Nutrition Counselling Sessions
These private coaching fertility sessions will focus on the complete integration of body, mind and spirit to achieve whole body health.
In our sessions, we’ll discuss the many benefits of nutrient-dense whole foods and how foods rich antioxidants, vitamins and minerals support optimal hormonal function, egg health, and a healthy reproductive system.
My nutrition counselling is weight neutral and based on intuitive eating principles. As a client, you learn to grow trust in your body, implement self-care practices, and will have the opportunity to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors around food, movement, and your body, and how they affect stress, mental wellbeing, and reproductive health.
This package includes a one hour session, and two follow-up 45 minute visits + all Thrive Fertility program content
All sessions are done virtually.
