I know what you’re going through because I have been there too.  This experience has allowed me to forever empathize with women who are struggling to conceive and has enabled me to to truly understand the powerful emotions that often come with infertility.  This experience, combined with a background in holistic nutrition, is what led me to create a unique program that allows you to take charge of your fertility, balance hormones, improve egg quality, manage PCOS and Endometriosis, increase IUI and IVF success, and helps put an end to the emotional turmoil surrounding infertility while bringing you one step closer to making your dream of having a baby a reality.

Hi, I’m Wanda 

I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and proud mother of two, but I struggled with fertility, and secondary infertility over a period of 4 years.  

After multiple weight loss attempts and years of dieting, I had finally lost 100 lbs in my 20’s.  However,  I was surprised to find out that my health had not improved, and couldn’t understand why.  I was diagnosed with PCOS, battled adult acne, multiple digestive issues, and a soul destroying battle with infertility which had completely taken over my life.

My heart ached whenever I saw a baby

I became bitter and jealous whenever a pregnancy was announced 

I felt like a failure and a disappointment

I had completely lost faith in my body, and wanted to give up numerous times!

This experience inspired me throughout my two year journey at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, and is the reason why I was so deeply passionate about researching and studying reproductive health, natural nutrition, and how the foods we eat, and our emotional well-being, has such a strong impact on fertility.  

By using a holistic approach, and applying everything I had learned, I was able to get pregnant naturally, against the odds, and after years of trying  

Struggling with infertility was one of the hardest things I’ve ever experienced, and I wish I had someone to hold my hand and help me understand that my infertility was not my fault, and it was really a symptom of an underlying imbalance that needed to be addressed.  It took me years to figure this out, the hard way.  

That’s why I’m extending a hand to you.

Where does this program take place?

Everything is online.  Private coaching sessions are virtual and all material will be delivered digitally

Do I have to make drastic changes to my diet?

Nope.  Not at all.  This program is free from detoxing/cleansing and food restrictions/limitations are only recommended in cases of known allergy or intolerance.  

Is this for women only?

Thrive Fertility was created for women with fertility challenges.  At this time, nutrition counselling for male infertility is unavailable

Will this work for me?

I get it.  Many of the women who start this program have tried everything, just like you.  Infertility is a unique challenge and there are no guarantees, but research shows that diet modification and stress management helps increase the chances of a successful pregnancy.

This is not one-size-fits-all weight loss program to lower BMI.  This is a weight-neutral fertility program that focuses on the physical, mental and emotional health of the client.

If I am taking medication, or undergoing fertility treatments (IUI, IVF, etc), can I still benefit from this program?

Absolutely! In fact, supporting your fertility through diet and supplementation can significantly increase the success of fertility treatments, including IVF. When you learn what foods inhibit reproductive health and what foods promote fertility, you can create an optimal environment for conception, implantation, and fetal development.

What happens after my purchase?

After your purchase, you will be sent a welcome email with information on how to book your first consultation.

What is your refund policy?

Thrive Fertility Private Nutrition Counselling:

If you change your mind, full refunds are available up to 24 hours prior to your first consultation

If you complete your first counselling session and you don’t feel like this is the right fit for you, you may request a refund.  Refund will be issued, minus the initial consultation fee of $150.
